Finding Wild Oak Medicine and Dr. Riegle was a journey in and of itself and I am so very grateful for it. The past few years of wading through infertility have definitely taken a toll on my husband and myself and communicating and dealing with our previous physicians was far from easy or encouraging. But that all changed when I started seeing Dr. Riegle. I felt like I could breathe again, have hope again, feel seen and heard again, and find encouragement in the process. Dr. Riegle, and her resident Dr. Millard, have given me my vitality back, but that doesn't even do it justice. I have been untreated for decades; I felt undead. Dr. Riegle has given me life, not just a "new life," she has liberated me from my chronic conditions and my body is now truly mine for the first time in living memory. She did this by not only taking the time and effort to listen to my whole life history, but by teaching me to trust myself and what my body was/is trying to communicate to me. My feelings became data, and that data has been successfully used to get me to the here and now - walking 3.5 miles around Lake Hawthorn and jogging till I'm sweating, after years of instability and stagnation, and after the last 9 months of hell. I'm now even thinking about going back to work next month (WFH but still!!!!!!). These women have been my guardian angels and I will be forever grateful. I continue to look forward to their care, now that I'm finally healthy enough to actually treat the infectious type diseases that I have.
