Please note that while appointments are scheduled in 30-, 60-, and 90-minute blocks, the actual visit times are 25, 50, and 75 minutes to allow for a smooth transition between patients. Labs are not included in the provider pricing below. We do not mark up any laboratory testing, and thus all testing is paid directly to the lab company.

Dr. Chris Holder, ND

First Office Visit: 1.25 hours, $500 ($525 starting May 1)

Complex First Office Visit : 1 hour 50 min $650 ($675)

Follow up office visits:

  • 25 min: $200 ($225)

  • 50 min: $400 ($425)

First Office Visit: 1.25 hours, $465 ($510 starting May 1)

Follow up office visits:

  • 15 min: $100 ($110)

  • 25 min: $190 ($210)

Dr. Melissa Barber, ND, MSc

First Office Visit:

  • Regular First Office Visit, Multi-System or Chronic Condition: 1.25 hours, $465

  • First Office Visit for Acute Concern, Single Injury: $345

Follow up office visits:

  • 15 min: $100

  • 25 min: $175

  • 50 min: $300

  • 65 min: $350

  • 80 min: $420

Dr. Liberty Hunter, ND

First Office Visit: 1.25 hours, $325 ($360 starting May 1)

Follow up office visits:

  • 25 min: $130 ($140)

  • 50 min: $250 ($275)

Craniosacral (50 min): $175

Constitutional Hydrotherapy (65 min): $195

 

Dr. Barber Procedure costs

Injection prices vary depending on the number of areas treated, the complexity of the procedure, and whether ultrasound guidance is required.

  • Trigger Point: $20-$150

  • Anti-Inflammatory Injections: $150-$200

  • Prolotherapy: $175-$220

  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP): $1000-$1200

  • Focused Shockwave/Piezowave2: $150

  • Cervical or Lumbar Traction Only: $90

  • Red & Blue Light Therapy: included in office visit

IV therapy

IV prices range from $125-700 depending on what is in the IV. Most are between $125 and $225

Below are common IVs and pricing:

  • Glutathione, 2 gram: $150

  • B12 injection $20

  • IV vitamin C: 10-25 grams: $180

  • IV vitamin C: 50g $260

  • IV Rocephin: $150 ($175)

  • IV Iron: 100, 200, 300 mg: $280, $490, $700

  • Alpha Lipoic Acid: 250 mg, 500 mg: $225, $275

Insurance

Please note we are not contracted with insurance. We can provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Labs and Imaging

Though we can never guarantee payment from your insurance, labs and imaging are often covered at the same rate that they would be had an MD or DO ordered them. We do contract with some labs that are never covered by insurance. You will be given the price of these labs on your patient summary with your doctor’s lab orders.
